Gregg has been practicing Yoga for 30 years. He is one of the highest Certified Bodyworker in the world. He had a Pain management clinic in Houston Texas that specialized in Japanese Massage Asian Bodywork and Yoga Therapy for 13 years. He has taught and toured in India, Europe, and abroad. Foot & Knee Stability & Strength:
The Japanese say, That feet are the gateway to 10,000 different illness." Many people have pain & health issues due to "bad" knees. Do an Yoga stretch that exercises every muscle in the knee. When the knees are functioning properly. The hips, shoulders, and neck come back to life. The ankles are about "responsibility" and the knees "stability. " The upper body watches the lower body and reacts find out what is healthy. Japanese Meridians are shown enhance energy and alignment.
Sleep: How Yoga looks at Sleep
Women have more diseases than men. Having children and a busy lifestyle can play havoc with sleeping patterns. Gregg worked "shift work" for 17 years. What does it mean to get 3 1/2 hours of sleep during the day, work 12 hours at night, and hopefully you can get a nap at work! What happens when you lose your sleep cycle. Learn postures that help the body relax. Japanese Meridians will be shown to lessen tension and rest.

Twist a rag. What happens, the old leaves and the new is ready to come to life.
The twists will be given depending on the people in the class. Many can be done in your office.
Twists are used in Asia to settle the mind and to induce sleep. Japanese meridians will be shown to allow the energy to move in a healthy direction.
Hannds & Feet
Hands & Feet with Asian stretches that restore alignment.
Stretch and Strengthen the hands & Feet with proper alignment. Japanese Meridians which be shown to strengthen the Feet and Hands. This class can be used in your office. Learn how everything starts with the feet. How to stand properly and strategies for getting older. At age 86 my teacher's Grandmother did a Massage the day before she died !
Back Exercises
The Spine is involved in 80 % of Yoga exercises. Healthy stretches for the back to strengthen and align the back will be given. Everybody is different so chose what you like to practice. The Japanese start every Massage working the spine "If you don't do the spine first, the Massage is worthless."
Core Muscles
Everybody claims to how the "secret" formula for "Buns of Steel" if so why do some many "gymrats" have a painful lower backs. Why have so many "Big name" Yoga teachers have had their hips or knees replaced. Come see why? The Japanese talk about 3 Meridians that reset the human body. Inversions Turning Upside Down !!!
Students must be able to get on the floor. The rib cage and the chest area will also be opened and breathing !!! Inversions ask us to slowdown and focus with that a good night's sleep is welcomed. Japanese Meridians will be shown to enhance our life. Inversions are done to fit the student’s health situation.
Shoulder & Neck Focus
This seminar shows how the Neck & Shoulders talk to each other and work with each other. Messages going to the brain and leave the brain the anatomy parcel must be ready to act. Japanese meridians make the parts work efficiently.
Computer Jockey's & Athletes:
This Seminar creates simple but effective routines/stretches to provide stability and strength to the shoulder girdle. Many computer jockeys have bad habits that cause pain. See an Asian routine that's easy and can be done it your office. The jaw has it’s own set of exercises. The stretches will fit the class.Athletes can have unbalanced shoulder joint as shoulders have the most problems in the body. Yoga shoulders allow for strength and flexibility in a 360 degree circle.
Balance Poses
Good balance asks for daily practice. When done properly all the little muscles are asked to do their jobs. Very Interesting. After 20 years away from Delaware, my new yoga teacher told me He was going to spend 13 weeks teaching me to stand on my feet. Thanks, he’s the best. Doing balance poses might cause you to focus and not make mistakes in life. Balance poses have taught me to slow down.
5 key Points for Health
The current Yoga craze now around the world was started by Swami Vishnudevananda in 1957. His organization has trained over 51,000 Yoga students.

Proper Breathing Class
Pranayama is yogic breathing. Breathing is linked to the mind. The Stress of winning the lottery or losing on the stock market is the same stress to the body. Yoga brings energy to the body & relaxes the mind. People can sit in chairs or on the floor.
Tennis Ball Class
Tennis Balls reduce stress !!!
This class is used to Massage yourself and apply pressure to Japanese meridians to relax & energize. Find out how to more the uncomfortable feeling or relax a tight muscle. Very easily done at work. I never travel without a tennis ball. Japanese self Massage will be taught.
Yoga Belts, Straps & Blocks
There are lots of safe ways to use a Yoga belt to feel a stretch and work with a stretch. The practitioner can monitor the stretch to their needs. We will use a strap to exercise the entire body. This class I use with the tennis ball when I travel.
Sun Salutations modified & expanded.
Surya Namaskar are to be done facing the east and outside. Some yogis do 108 of these a day and nothing else so it must be important. Let’s see how many variations we can do. The Japanese want the energy to go from the thumb to the opposite side hip. I had 300 students from 32 countries that were doing some form of Yoga. Maybe 2 people from that group could do this exercise. Let’s see.
