Japanese Facial Massage Ancient techniques to release tension in the face.  Energy points also taught to energize the body.
Japanese Foot Reflexology Many problems start at the foot.  An in depth look at the foot, beginning with many foot loosening techniques to warm the feet then relax the foot.
Barefoot Deepwork Asian Therapy Learn to use your feet to give a massage.  Most people in Asia use their feet.  We will not walk on clients' backs.  It's fun to learn to use your feet as another pair of hands. I'm familiar with 4 different styles.
PNF Stretching These techniques will allow the muscles to work together.  Muscle flexibility and strength will insure balance.  Learn these techniques and you will understand how muscles work.
Eastern Answers to Common Problems Students bring a problem to class and I'll show you how the Asian Systems look at the problem.  We will also look at the common problems we see.
Therapists Body Mechanics and Hand Maintenance 33% of the massage therapist "burn out" every year.  Find out why people get hurt.  My teacher's grandmother gave a massage the day before she died at 86!  What was the secret to her longevity in this field?
Shiatsu Anma Asian Massage to include pressure points.  If you do Swedish Massage, then add Shiatsu Anma to your session.  Wow!  This is the Mother of all Asian medicine.
Neck and Shoulders or Shoulders and Arms Asian techniques to free up this area.  Find out why there are so many problems in this area.
Hips and Spine or Hips and Feet The Asian view of the hips tells us this area is a busy place!  Learn to make the hips and spine functional and pain-free.
Chair Massage Swedish Massage is not used in Chair Massage.  Learn techniques to relax the body.  The therapist will be taught proper Body Mechanics. Meridians & Acupressure points are stressed in class.
Facial Massage Techniques used to massage the face, neck and shoulders.  Pressure points (Tsubo) will be discussed.
Deep Tissue Many of these techniques are thousands of years old.  Come see what works.  It is very interesting.  Pain-Free techniques to free up the muscles and fascia.  An overview of Asian Bodywork.  Pressure Points (Tsubo) and Meridians will be used.
