TESTIMONIALS
# 1 Ahhhhh. Now I got it.
Some really great exercises that will be most helpful for me AND my students!
Thank you.
Om and Prem
# 2 Slept like a rock, which is saying a lot since I have never been a good sleeper. Woke up really feeling those points in my hips and shoulders. I am walking a lot straighter and it looks like I lost 3 inches off my tummy. Maybe you should advertise "3 inches off in your very first session"! I can see how little movement there is when I do the hip up and down/brick exercise, especially after watching Abel do it. But if I focus on the one hip alone I am able to do it. I guess it will loosen up even more as I keep doing it. It is wonderful to have found someone with the ability to isolate specific problems AND provide simple solutions for them. I will keep you updated on my progress. Thanks once again.

Just a note of thanks... I always feel it is so enriching to barter with other professionals, and yours was like nothing I've ever experienced.
I feel a deep unwinding... and resolve to open up and tell people what I'm thinking. Th incense is fabulous... I owe you time.
Thanks,

Thank God for This Journey
Imagine a paralyzed woman, dressed in only a bathing suit, basted all over with warm oil like a chicken prepared for the oven. It sounds strange but here is what I recorded in my diary about the results of this experience…
Session one: First treatment -- after coating me with oil, Gregg leaves me alone for a 20 minute rest-- felt like an eight hour nap. After this he worked on pressure points on my body. I could feel energy moving through me---especially in my arms and feet--later at home, lots of new sensation-- especially on the right side of my stomach. Took a very long nap.
So, who is this Gregg, this quirky, compact, generous healer? I first heard of him through my yoga teacher, Roseanne McDonald. She was working with me because I was unable to sit up on my own. She believed I might benefit from Japanese massage treatments. I came to Roseanne because two years earlier, I had nearly died in a car accident which left me a quadriplegic. The doctor in the emergency room told me I might not ever improve. I opted for alternative therapy. Willing to meet anyone willing to help me led me to Roseanne and she led me to Gregg Hill.
Upon meeting Gregg, he commended my decision to reject the prognosis of Western medicine. His attitude and knowledge buoyed my spirits and was just what I needed. I expected to feel some relief from my aches and pains from the treatment, but, I was not prepared for the physical and mental transformation I underwent. Something new was occurring in my body…
Session six: Gregg concentrated on my shoulders and the backs of my knees. Released a lot of tension -- especially when he worked beneath the clavicle -- I groaned and cried. Expressed my fears-- he made me laugh – reminding me the neck has already been broken—what else could I fear? Slept deeply that afternoon -- feel surrounded by love and support.
Statistically, according to the Western model, most individuals with spinal cord injury don’t improve 24 months post-injury. Many times I have been told by well-meaning individuals to simply adjust to my new life and learn to compensate. Not so, with Gregg. He continually encouraged me to work toward healing, no matter how long it would take. The body and mind work together, he reminded me. Gregg would be instrumental on my path toward healing.
Whenever I tell someone my C5 vertebrae was crushed and I now sport a man-made titanium replacement, I am greeted with amazement. I don’t present as a quadriplegic anymore. I am now no longer a completely dependent person. I have the use of my arms hands, torso, legs (though limited) and hips. I bring myself to standing with the assistance of bars. I can take steps. I’m learning to drive on my own. I expect my walking ability to improve as my strength increases.
Coming back into my body has taken a long time. I owe much to many who have helped me along with this path of recovery. This journey requires patience, determination and support from individuals versed in alternative therapy. I could not have done this alone. I could not have done this with out Gregg Hill and his willingness to share his knowledge, gifts and training with me. ..
Session fourteen: Today after seeing Gregg, I went to the pool – and for the first time was able to stand up all on my own--even able to raise my right leg about four to 5 inches. I feel euphoric. So much more energy. Thank God for this journey. Thank God for those who have helped me. Thank God for Gregg Hill.
